PROGRAM #2: GAIN MUSCLE
Building a strong, athletic body doesn’t require hours spent working out—just the right approach. After your Full Body Assessment, our trainers will work with you to create a Personalized Workout Schedule focused on building lean muscle mass and helping you achieve a physique you can’t wait to show off. This program also includes a Customized Eating Plan to help pack on the muscle and burn the fat.
PROGRAM #3: REHAB/RECOVERY
You got hurt, now what? At Wellfit our trainers are educated in helping you get back to where you were before your injury. Focusing on Rehab and Recovery, we know when and how to push you to help maximize your progress. Trying to rehab on your own can be a costly mistake if you do the wrong workouts and you may end up causing more damage to your injury. Our Full Body Assessment will allow us to focus on the specifics of your injury, while also creating a Customized Meal Plan and Workout Schedule.
PROGRAM #4: OVER 50 – SENIOR WORKOUTS
Age is just a number. Our Over 50 Program will help you increase muscle strength and range of movement for daily living. Our exercises help strengthen your body all in a fun and social setting. We perform a Full Body Assessment to see where your starting point is and we will come up with a Customized Meal Plan and Workout Schedule to suit your needs.
