I Sports and Fitness has always been a passion in my life. I spent my school days participating in various sports, including Soccer, Football, Basketball, Track & Field. I learned early on, from my mother (Patricia Jentsch), that fitness and a solid nutrition program should be part of your daily lifestyle and that you should always make time for some sort of activity daily.My mother has always been a strong role model and an inspiration for both my brother and I. She taught us to always believe in ourselves, and to always work hard for whatever we wanted to achieve out of life. My brother and I eventually knew we were destined to follow in her footsteps, by living healthy and also helping others with their fitness and nutrition goals. I then began educating myself in all areas of general fitness, and nutrition programming, by obtaining my certification in fitness, as well as, working alongside with my mother and her other trainers and learning each their unique training techniques.
I am the Director for TEAM WELLFIT which provides fitness conditioning camps and one-on-one conditoning sessions for kids (8 to 18 yrs) It’s my passion to curb child obesity, by assisting todays youth with their fitness goals, educating them on healthier eating habits, overall teaching them to make smarter choices in their life.
I look forward to helping all individuals who wish to live healthier. As my mother always says. .”It only takes one person to make a difference” .I want to truly make a difference in your life!
I am available to train Monday Through Sunday, Early Mornings and Evenings.

I am currently taking on new clients and setting up new small group training camps for the summer. Rates starting at $35.00 per individual session and $10.00 for group camp sessions. Nutrition education and guidance is included.
