Group Fitness/Youth Fitness Programs
Don't make exercise a chore. Spice it up! WellFIT offers a variety of formats to keep you motivated and feeling healthy! Our Group Fitness instructors are prepared to inspire and motivate you to change and/or continue healthy fitness-related behaviors. Our program offers a wide variety of structured fitness classes to meet your personal goals. Classes are available throughout the week and various locations.
EARLYBIRD FITCAMP - This class is for those that want to knock there workout out first thing in the morning. If you have no problem getting up with the roosters, this class is for you. Classes consist of old school calisthenics, timed mile runs, sprint drills, obstacle course training, strength training, plyometrics, yoga, pilates, kettle bell training and trx suspension training. Each class is different, challenging and motivating!! (All exercises are modified based on each participants level of fitness, so rest assured everyone will get a great workout!)
TRXtreme FITNESS (TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING) Make your body your machine,. This is a complete body weight exercise program utilizing the TRX Suspension Training System (www.fitnessanywhere.com) You are in charge of the intensity of this program. Increase range of motion, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, core stability, also excellent for rehabilitation from illness or injury. This TRX class is great for all fitness levels and ages.
WELLFIT YOGA This is as 50 minute class utilizing the YogaFiT technique. This class is great for the Elite Athlete to the beginning exercise enthusiasts. Increase, balance, coordination, stability, strength , as well as, decrease that day to day stress. All poses are modified based on each participants level. This is great for all ages, and fitness levels.
CHAIRYOGA FOR SENIORS This is a 45 minute class of low impact yoga poses while sitting in a chair utilizing "Peggy Cappy" Methodologies" This class is excellent for any senior wanting to improve balance, coordination, stability and flexibility.
MUSCLEMOMMIES: This is a a class for both Moms, Dads and Babies. Bring your ruggedized stroller, plenty of supplies for you and your baby (just in case), water, and be prepared to enjoy a workout while spending quality time with your baby and other parents wanting to get back into the fitness lifestyle.
